Chris received a B.A. in Classical Civilizations and Anthropology at UC Berkeley in 2010. During that time, he participated in the exchange program with Durham University in England, studying archaeology and ancient history. While abroad, he also took part in the archaeological dig at the Roman city of Sanisera, organized by the Ecomuseum of the Cape of Cavalleria in Minorca, Spain. Chris’s interests vary from Roman archaeology to the study of early Christianity in Late Antiquity, but find some common ground in the study of Roman religion. Areas of particular interest include the study of Saint Augustine, imperial cults and veneration of the emperor, and ancient cities.
