In a post-apocalyptic cityscape, a small group of survivors of war attempt to make sense of senseless violence, find community, and hold onto their agency. Called by some the Western canon's first anti-war play, Trojan Women (translated by Emily Wilson) is about the power of testimony in the face of unimaginable suffering.
