Department of Classical StudiesDuring this extraordinary time, the Classical Studies department has been working to integrate the best pedagogical practices into our courses for Fall. We've been surveying our students from last term, hearing ideas from our great Undergraduate Advisory Board, and been working closely with the Center for Teaching and Learning. Given space constraints and other health circumstances this term, all fall Classical Studies classes, including language classes, will be remote. The faculty are committed to making use of the world-class resources of the Penn Museum through its virtual collections, as well as occasional optional in-person assignments (health conditions permitting).
