Department of Classical Studies
Ralph M. Rosen is Vartan Gregorian Professor of the Humanities in the Department of Classical Studies, and has received the Ira Abrams Award for Distinguished Teaching, the highest teaching honor of Penn Arts & Sciences. His research focuses on Greek literature and intellectual history, ancient comic and satirical poetic genres, and ancient medicine.
