Cianna Z. Jackson, who is in her third year of the Classical Studies Graduate Group, has been named a Dean’s Scholar for 2024. This honor recognizes academic excellence and is conferred on just a handful of graduate and undergraduate students each year. We’re proud that Cianna represents so well the values of intellectual curiosity and accomplishment that we all treasure in Classical Studies and the Humanities. Congratulations, Cianna! On Wednesday, April 17, 4.30pm, this year’s Dean’s Scholars will be honored at an event that will feature Margaret Atwood as the visiting speaker.
