Archer Smith

Archer received his B.A. in Archaeology from Dickinson College in 2013, during which he wrote a thesis concerning the Late Bronze Age to Early Iron Age transition in mainland Greece. He has participated in the excavation of the lower town at Mycenae since 2012, and has also assisted in excavation at the Minoan villa of Gaidourofas on Crete. His research interest is in Greece during the Mycenaean and Geometric periods. Archer is currently involved in exploratory work in the Southwestern Peloponnese.
